Silvanus Van Fannah
Proramme Development Officer

Silvanus Van Fannah is the Proramme Development Officer responsible for participation in program and project identification, preparation and appraisal. He takes the lead in day-to-day project implementation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation and ensures that agreed work programs are properly executed, and timely reviewed for progress towards projects development objectives. He prepares, undertakes and/or joins supervision trips and follow-ups on recommendations from previous trips and performs effectiveness and accuracy control in programmes. Execute overall asset control and Conduct training for staff on different issues.

Sheku Senneh Sam

Admin Assistant

Thomas Mattia is the Admin Assistant and M and E Officer attached to the Moyamba branch. Be prepared to handle varying associated project implementation and logistical tasks. He participates in the planning and execution of all workshops organized and responsible for maintenance and upkeep arrangements of all project equipment-including motorbike- allocated to him/her. Ensures smooth operations at Program Unit/Area level by effective supervision of staff and activities

Madie Sefor is the youth and community empowerment officer and President Volunteers’ advocacy Network. This network is responsible for all advocacy activities carried out by the organization.

Rosaline Belmoh is the Gender and Livelihood Officer focuses on promoting gender equality and enhancing livelihood opportunities. Responsibilities may include developing and implementing programs that address gender-specific challenges, conducting gender-sensitive assessments, and working to empower individuals, particularly women, in their economic pursuits. The aim to create inclusive strategies that improve livelihoods while considering and addressing gender disparities.
