  • Disability Inclusions – Sierra Leone (DI-SL) has an organized management structures and systems that ensure the daily operations and effect management of the organization starting from the board of advisors, senior management, staff, youth and community volunteer’s network and our primary stakeholders / the beneficiaries in our operational areas across Sierra Leone.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and resources for youth living with disabilities, promoting their personal development, independence, and active participation in community life.

We strive to create safe and inclusive environments, advocate for accessibility and equity, and foster collaboration among stakeholders to ensure that all youth with disabilities have the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.

Abdul Sheriff

Executive Director
Abdul Sheriff is the Executive Director and Program Coordinator typically oversees and manages various aspects of a program. Responsibilities may include planning, scheduling, coordinating events, communicating with stakeholders, tracking budgets, and ensuring program objectives are met. He also often handles administrative tasks and facilitates collaboration among team members.

Silvanus Van Fannah

Proramme Development Officer
Silvanus Van Fannah is the Proramme Development Officer responsible for participation in program and project identification, preparation and appraisal. He takes the lead in day-to-day project implementation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation and ensures that agreed work programs are properly executed, and timely reviewed for progress towards projects development objectives. He prepares, undertakes and/or joins supervision trips and follow-ups on recommendations from previous trips and performs effectiveness and accuracy control in programmes. Execute overall asset control and Conduct training for staff on different issues.

Sheku Senneh Sam

Finance Officer
Sheku Senneh Sam is the Finance Officer is responsible for managing the financial aspects of an organization. This includes tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. He plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets effectively, and providing financial insights to support decision-making within the organization.

Imma Monica Kamara

M & E officer
Imma Monica Kamara is the IT and M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) Officer combines expertise in information technology with responsibilities related to monitoring and evaluating projects or programs. She use IT tools and systems to gather, analyze, and report data, ensuring that projects are on track and objectives are met. This role often involves implementing technology solutions for efficient data collection, managing databases, and conducting evaluations to assess the effectiveness of IT-related initiatives.

Madie Sefor

Youth Community Empowerment
Madie Sefor is the youth and community empowerment officer and President Volunteers’ advocacy Network. This network is responsible for all advocacy activities carried out by the organization.

Rosaline Belmoh

Gender & Livelihood Officer
Rosaline Belmoh is the Gender and Livelihood Officer focuses on promoting gender equality and enhancing livelihood opportunities. Responsibilities may include developing and implementing programs that address gender-specific challenges, conducting gender-sensitive assessments, and working to empower individuals, particularly women, in their economic pursuits. The aim to create inclusive strategies that improve livelihoods while considering and addressing gender disparities.

Umaru Sarjoh Bundu

Vice-President of Volunteers
Umaru Sarjoh Bundu is a volunteer (Advocacy Officer II) and Vice-President of Volunteers’ advocacy network. He is part of the advocacy team that executes the organization’s advocacy activities.

Juliana Tommy

Life Skills Trainer
Juliana Tommy is the Life Skills Trainer focuses on teaching individuals essential skills that contribute to personal development and well-being. This may include communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal skills, and stress management. The goal is to empower individuals with the abilities needed to navigate various aspects of life successfully. Life Skills Trainers often work in educational settings, community programs, or corporate environments to enhance the overall capabilities and resilience of participants.

Titus Bendu

Logistic Officer
Titus Bendu is the Logistic Officer working at the Moyamab branch. He is responsible for providing the supply chain needs/requirements of the project including procuring all program supplies and services, accounting for all assets, managing stocks, and managing fleet concerns.

Augustine Sheku Vandy

Safe Guiding Officer
Augustine Sheku Vandy is the Safe Guiding Officer II attached to the Moyamba Branch responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals during specific activities, such as guided tours or events. His role involves assessing potential risks, implementing safety measures, providing clear guidelines to participants, and responding to emergencies if necessary. He plays a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for those involved in the guided activity.
